Matoshri Skill Development Center Pvt. Ltd. (MSDC) is one of Maharashtra’s most respected organizations in the field of vocational training and youth empowerment. Established in 2016, MSDC is dedicated to building brighter futures through structured skill development, career guidance, and livelihood support across rural, semi-urban, and urban regions of the state.
We proudly serve a diverse population—including individuals from Scheduled Tribes (ST), Scheduled Castes (SC), Other Backward Classes (OBC), and Open categories—under various government skill development schemes. Our inclusive approach ensures that opportunity reaches every deserving candidate, regardless of background.
MSDC collaborates with key government initiatives such as TRTI, PM-GKVK, DAY-NULM, and the Pradhan Mantri Vishwakarma Yojana And many more from 2016 up until now. Through these programs, we provide industry-relevant, no-cost training that leads to meaningful employment and self-employment outcomes.
With a robust presence through 23 operational training centers active in 2025 and a dedicated team of ToT-certified trainers, MSDC delivers high-quality, hands-on education tailored to real market needs. Our centers are fully equipped to bridge the gap between raw potential and professional readiness.
